　　門板拆卸后，清除表面灰塵、臟污（如水泥、油污等），并去除保護膜，確保粘接面清潔，同時妥善保管鎖芯。

　　在不銹鋼門皮或門基板上粘貼膠帶，上下兩端各兩條，間距約30mm；豎向膠帶間距為30-50mm，根據門板寬度適當調整，確保膠帶靠近邊緣。

　　Stick adhesive tape on the stainless steel door panel or door substrate, with two strips on each end at a distance of about 30mm; the vertical tape spacing is 30-50mm, adjusted appropriately according to the width of the door panel to ensure that the tape is close to the edge.

　　03撕除膠帶

　　03 Peel off the tape

　　撕去膠帶保護層，在間隙和接縫處均勻涂抹結構膠，避免過量造成鼓包。檢查膠帶，排除氣泡，確保貼合平整，尤其是鏡面材料，防止產生變形。

　　Tear off the protective layer of the tape and evenly apply structural adhesive to the gaps and seams to avoid excessive bulging. Check the tape, eliminate bubbles, ensure a smooth fit, especially for mirror materials, to prevent deformation.

　　04外包門板

　　可選擇平放或豎放操作，確保不銹鋼門皮下端與門基板下端對齊，壓實邊緣后貼合表面。

　　You can choose to place it horizontally or vertically to ensure that the lower end of the stainless steel door skin is aligned with the lower end of the door base plate, and after compacting the edges, it fits the surface.

　　05清理表面

　　粘貼完成后，用干凈抹布擦拭整個表面，以增強外包面板與基板的粘合，防止灰塵進入導致脫膠。

　　06精準打孔

　　確認外包面板與基板完全貼合后，開始精準打孔，并使用抽芯鉚釘加固，注意避免在可視面上打孔。

　　07沉孔處理

　　07 Sinking hole treatment

　　打孔后，使用較大鉆頭進行沉孔處理，及時清理孔內及孔周邊的鐵屑，然后使用抽芯鉚釘（沉頭鉚釘）固定。

　　After drilling, use a larger drill bit to sink the hole, clean the iron filings inside and around the hole in a timely manner, and then fix it with pop rivets (countersunk rivets).

　　08碰珠、鎖芯安裝

　　根據原門板的鎖孔和碰珠位置，精確開孔，注意保留原碰珠橡膠，鎖孔應為雙D型，避免使用過大的開孔器導致鎖芯安裝不穩。09清理、檢查及安裝
